How can I book a room?

Our rooms can only be booked online via our website or the well-known booking portals.

Can I book a room for a longer period of time?

If you would like to stay in one of our rooms for longer than 29 days, please contact us by email.
Otherwise you can book directly online on our website.

How can I pay?

You can pay online via credit card, direct bank transfer and PayPal.

What happens after booking?

Immediately after booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email (please also check your SPAM folder).

You haven't received a booking confirmation?

In this case, please check the SPAM folder of your email inbox.
If the booking confirmation is not there either, please contact us by email.

Are dogs allowed to stay overnight?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to stay overnight in our accommodation.

When can I move into my room?

You can move into your room from 3 p.m.

Are parking spaces available?

There are plenty of free parking spaces available directly in front of the property.

How does check-in work?

You will receive an email one week before arrival with a link to our online check-in.

In our accommodation you will receive breakfast and dinner.

How are the rooms equipped?

Can I have mail or packages sent to the accommodation?

Yes, that is possible, please speak to our reception staff about it.

Are there barrier-free rooms?

No, unfortunately our rooms are not barrier-free.

Can I smoke in the room?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.

Will my room be cleaned?

Our rooms are cleaned for you every day.

You must vacate your room by 10:00 am.
